Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Each piece of art is handled with care, intention, and respect.

  • Original artwork: Please allow 5–10 business days for packaging and preparation before shipment. Every artwork is carefully wrapped and protected to ensure it arrives safely.

  • Prints or printed materials: Usually ship within 3–7 business days of your order being placed.

  • During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

  • All artwork ships via reliable, trackable services (such as USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly packaging and recycled materials to minimize environmental impact.

If you have special shipping requests (such as signature delivery or delayed shipment for gifts), please email us prior to purchase.

3. Domestic Shipping 

  • Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions or weather delays.

4. International Shipping

  • We’re happy to ship artwork and prints worldwide.

  • International delivery times typically range from 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations.

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

5. Packaging & Care

Each piece is packaged with the same level of care it was created with.

  • Original artwork is wrapped in archival-safe materials, securely padded, and boxed for protection.

  • Prints are shipped flat or in sturdy mailing tubes depending on size.

  • We do our best to minimize plastic and use sustainable materials whenever possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and artwork so we can assist you with a replacement, repair, or refund.

6. Local Pickup or Delivery 

If you’re local to The Greater Lansing area, you may select Local Pickup at checkout.
After purchase, we’ll reach out via email to schedule a convenient time.
Local delivery may also be available upon request.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
If tracking updates stop for several days, don’t worry — sometimes carriers pause updates during transit.
If your package seems delayed beyond reasonable timeframes, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

While rare, we know how disappointing this can be.

  • If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local postal office.

  • If it’s still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll do our best to help you locate it and explore replacement options.
