1. Original Artwork
Each piece of artwork is an original creation, made with care and intention. Because of this uniqueness:

All original artwork sales are final.
Once an artwork has been purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged in transit. -
Damaged items:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the piece.
We’ll work with you to arrange a repair, replacement (if available), or refund. -
Color & texture variations:
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Natural texture, brushwork, and minor imperfections are part of the original art experience and not considered defects.
2. Art Classes & Workshops
We understand that life happens and plans can change. Our class refund policy balances flexibility with respect for the time and preparation invested in each session.

Cancellations 7+ days before the class:
You may request a full refund or transfer your registration to another class (space permitting). -
Cancellations 2–6 days before the class:
You may receive a 50% refund or a credit toward a future class. -
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows:
Unfortunately, no refunds can be given at that stage, as materials and spots have been reserved. -
Workshops with guest teachers or special events:
These may have unique refund timelines, which will be noted in the event description.
3. Digital Products or Online Classes
For downloadable content or online courses:

Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
For that reason, all sales are final once the course materials are delivered.
If you experience technical issues accessing your class, please reach out within 7 days of purchase so we can assist you.
